How Do I Add, Change or Remove My Credit Card on File?

imFORZA customers can use our self-service portal to add, change or remove their credit card(s) on file with us. Here's how.

How to Add or Remove a Credit Card

To ADD or REMOVE your credit card with us, follow these steps:

  1. Login at https://my.imforza.com
  2. Click on Billing in the menu
  3. Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
  4. Add or Delete any Credit Cards as needed

How to Change Your Default Credit Card

To change which credit card is your default payment method, follow these steps:

  1. Login at https://my.imforza.com
  2. Click on Billing in the menu
  3. Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
  4. Click MAKE DEFAULT next to the card you want to use as your primary card on file with us

How to Remove Your Credit Card

To remove a saved credit card on file, follow these steps:

  1. Login at https://my.imforza.com
  2. Click on Billing in the menu
  3. Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
  4. Click the red X icon next to the card you want to remove from your account*
*You must have at least one (1) credit card on file with us if you have any active recurring services.
