imFORZA customers can use our self-service portal to add, change or remove their credit card(s) on file with us. Here's how.
How to Add or Remove a Credit Card
To ADD or REMOVE your credit card with us, follow these steps:
- Login at https://my.imforza.com
- Click on Billing in the menu
- Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
- Add or Delete any Credit Cards as needed
How to Change Your Default Credit Card
To change which credit card is your default payment method, follow these steps:
- Login at https://my.imforza.com
- Click on Billing in the menu
- Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
- Click MAKE DEFAULT next to the card you want to use as your primary card on file with us
How to Remove Your Credit Card
To remove a saved credit card on file, follow these steps:
- Login at https://my.imforza.com
- Click on Billing in the menu
- Click on Payment Methods or Manage Cards
- Click the red X icon next to the card you want to remove from your account*
*You must have at least one (1) credit card on file with us if you have any active recurring services.
